This guide includes some of my favorite recipes, adapted from cookbooks and internet sources. Because the program is not a diet in the traditional sense, but a new way of eating that you want to adopt for life, it is essential that you keep your meals tasty, interesting and creative. Eating the same foods over and over again leads to boredom and abandonment. To avoid this, I strongly encourage you to try at least one new recipe per week that fits your meal plan. Also, be adventurous and try a few foods you've never tried before.
